Get a team with the ult from distance or great area ults. Think about gank plank, amumu, ashe, karthus and nunu. Explode your enemies in a second and bether all togheter. Put 2 or 3 clayvoyance in team can yet give your team kills in people jungling like ashe ult pirate ult and karthus ult at same time. Or when the oposing team come to rush yours amumu lures then and your team explode ults in then. Weaknees of the team high AP team countered with magic resist.

Just mass AOE for team battles.

My normal comp is

Cho'Gath
Malphite
Morgana
Amumu
Trydamere

+/- Gangplank or Eve depending how mnay tanks we're looking for.

EDIT: And as for must haves, Malphite is an amazing initiator. Don't think I've played a higher end game without one on either side.

Question. Since high end comps are so standardized and thus there is almost always a physical DPS carry, would Rammus be a valid choice as tank? He has decent pushing and initiating abillity and he is a hard counter to physical DPS carries.

Haven't seen a rammus. IMHO anything rammus does, tankphite does better.

This is a pointless thread. the top tier setup matters highly of course on the other teams setup.
