my ping is usually 30-40, today its constantly 150+ and having periodic lags. i did a ping test to LA, respond was 35ms. so this should be on the RIOT end. fix this please

I started getting this problem/bug since the harrowing patch that brought in Elise came out. I've had this issue with both Windows 7 and Windows 8, same computer, same hard drive. The problem has to be on the server end because my router logs show nothing wrong for me and I did a clean install of both 7 and 8 using different drivers (I had rolled back win7 drivers that have worked for a year flawless). Win 8 is the same pc, latest drivers and same random freezing saying "attempting to reconnect" for about 3 seconds at a time while I watch everyone else running around and chatting just fine.

Many, many players are having very bad, random ping spikes since the Elise patch. When will we get even a red reply saying something besides "Check troubleshooting forums?"

Right now this game is unplayable.

unplayable for me too playing from china used to had 180 stable ping, now it's 280+
no response or help from riot, i already sent ticket 2 days ago, they just replied:

I've been having the same problem. Had to drop out of a LoL tournament this weekend because I didn't want to risk having these spikes in the middle of a team fight.
