Furthermore, following up with Heimerdinger's theory of relativity, time also, slows down for his claws that are moving close to the speed of light.

Nidalee is actually able to do more damage, not based on how far they are, but how much spin is being put in to the spear, aergo, deeper into the champion's skin. The farther she is, the velocity of her spin increases. That much of a pitcher in baseball, when he throws a curve ball. A pitcher throws the ball with the spin, but it doesn't actually curve until it hits near the mount.

Urf is one of Soraka's friends. Seeing her in the League made him want to join, but before he was able to ever enter the battlefield, he was killed by Warwick. As a result, his ghost forever haunts Summoner's Rift.

The canon balls that gankplank's crew uses are like heat seeking missles, being attracted to the flares gangplank shoots off. When the cannonballs reach where the flares disappear, they immediatly fall from the sky.

So why does Skarner feel the need to repeat his name 3 times while in a bush?

Skarner is self-centered, so much so that he feels repeating his name over and over not only makes it sound cooler, but it also pumps him up to do better in any battles to come. Whether he actually does or not is irrelevant - he still feels self satisfied to just hear his own name, even if he's the one saying it.

Why do turrets prioritize minions over enemy champions if said enemy champions aren't attacking allied champions?

All turrets we see have passed through Turret Academy, where all recruits were indoctrinated with anti-minion propaganda and rhetoric. They are constantly reminded of how minions have killed all their parents.
And since council of the League funded Turret Academy, deals were made behind closed doors, that Champions, being valuable commodities, were to be targeted last, though not entirely ignored, so as not to look suspiciously unfair.


How do Shaco and LeBlanc REALLY split into two?

Shaco and LeBlanc don't actually split in two, but rather create clones of themselves that function much like themselves. However, the clones' limited power lowers their battle abilities, hence they deal less damage and Shaco's clone takes more damage.
