Same problem. Tried everything listed here and nothing works. Can anyone come up with anything? Riot a little help maybe? >.<

Ya i cant get it to work either i tried deleting launcher, certain files and making it admin and still no deal stuck on 99%.

I'm having the same issue. I've deleted every single LoL file on my computer. Even in my appdata folders. Does nothing. I've spent two days trying to get LoL installed and patched. Anyone have a working solution?
