I definitely agree with OP. Excluding Anivia, every single female champ in the game is a human or humanoid (Yordle). Any champion with any thought put into it is male.

alright if we want more female champs with smaller boobs, then i would like fatter male champs. that way neither gender is attractive to anyone

I know your pea brain cannot comprehend this idea, but to some (many) people, someone who is attractive does not need any boobs at all.

P.S. Samus has boobs and ass under the powersuit.
This was even proven in the Nes game. aka the original Metroid.
