Whenever I check my profile it says I'm in Bronze Division I, however in custom games it says I'm in Silver Division V. Now I never did any matches to advance to Silver Division V so I do not know what merited the advancement.

Normally I wouldn't complain about something like this, but I have won 3 ranked games now and each has only given me 4 LP. Whenever I mentioned this, I have been told that it was because of my MMR.

The problem is that prior to the "advancement" to Silver V I was getting way more LP, so I was wondering if the Mix Up was contributing to it in any way, and if so how can I get it fixed?

Anything? Please? I really want to play ranked but kind of pointless if I don't get this sorted out x.x

I checked your profile. What you're seeing is that your SOLO ranked league is Bronze I.
Your team WeCounterLogicalGaming [WECLLG] is Silver V.
Custom games tend to show your highest rating regardless of whether it is solo or team.
