yeah my team right now has a 1364 ELO and iam missing a ADC and top laner right now cause i want to play right now and my adc and top is nowhere to be found.
the requirement is that you must have for ADC AND TOP.
1200 ELO+ with over 100 ranked win. and over 300 normal win+
mic/headset+ with skype

For TOP LANER:
needs to know how to counter pick
must need to know how to play many top lane champs
needs to have a top lane runepage.

for ADC :
needs to know what support goes with what adc
needs to have a adc rune page
needs to know where to be in teamfights.
