Rather curious, as his origins are a mystery. Is it however, safe to assume that he is in fact the old head of the league. It claims that he disappeared right around his joining, and he also had the quickest judgment in the league while having no background whatsoever. Just a curious mind.

I'm wondering this as well. As I stated in another thread, we know virtually nothing about him aside from the fact that he can, more or less, turn anything into a deadly weapon and was drafted into the League because of it.
