2. Must have Skype

3. Must meet adequate standards for in game knowledge and play

The Process
--------------------
1. Leave your IGN, and TBDG will look into your statistics first.

2. If interested TBDG will then contact you for a trial run.

3. Then the applicant will run a few normal games with the rest of the team and judged on a few concepts. (Such as map awareness, farming ability, play style, and over all synergy with the other players.)

4. Finally, TBDG will decide if the applicant will get the offer of the team or if TBDG will tryout someone else.

All applicants will be considered before any one applicant is chosen. Also don't be discouraged to apply even if you do not believe you meet all the standards. Someone with a good mind set can always be worked with as long as they are willing to put in the time.
