There's a downside, you guys still have to deal with fog of war after all, so targeted abilities aren't THAT great.
Furthermore blitz's grab is his q as well, so a 2 sec global grab and not stopped by anything for whatever you might want, my answer is NO

I think any missile Q would be aweeesome.
