I have been getting random problems with a non-existent firewall when I try to join a game. This of course has gotten me many leaves on my history and its really frustrating for both my team and me.
I have been looking for a solution in several thread and forums,I even sent a ticket about it and the response was always useless to solve this problem. Sometimes it just fades for a few days and returns.
The response to the ticket I sent was this:
Thank you for messaging me! Based on the information you provided regarding receiving this error, this seems like a problem with your connection to our servers. Most often, these connection issues are caused by overzealous firewalls or anti-virus programs. While i know you mentioned you have already tried to configure your Firewalls already, please keep in mind that even if you have no active firewalls that you know of, many firewalls are installed automatically with Windows, so you may have as many as 3 and not even know it. Additionally, many Firewalls have processes that run in the background after disabling them, which still cause significant interference with our game.

However, even when properly configured, the disabled modes or exceptions lists often do not function properly for 3rd party firewalls. It would be much quicker to temporarily uninstall your firewalls from your computer. This would allow me to quickly rule them out as a potential cause of the problem so I can get you back into the game faster.
If you're uncomfortable uninstalling your anti-virus and firewalls, I recommend replacing your current software with Avast, which is free for home use. It even has a disabled/gaming mode for getting the most out of your system while playing League of Legends.

Its not a problem with my internet (although its kind of crappy) or my computer as I can perfectly log on another account and start a new game when this happens.
Theres also several threads on this constantly getting bumped and with no responses at all. Here are some: (From both NE and EUW)
As I said before whenever this error appears I am able to log on another account and start a game normally, but if I leave the game and log on my first account it tells me that I left a game in progress on the second account which strangely enough didn't say anything about a game on the one with the error.
I'm currently trying to join a game with a friend and It wont let me, I have tried to fix this in every way possible from reinstalling to fixing and even getting rid of my anti-virus and it just wont do anything.
I would really like to find an official response on this issue because it ruins the game experience for everyone I play with.
EDIT: Just tried it again on another account. This problem appears to be exclusive to my main account. Its like riot actually WANTS my main account to be banned because the other wont have any problems starting any kind of game..
