I like the new system with the review trade. Props. Might I suggest something though? Some of us have Index threads where we also offer reviews. Perhaps if someone seems to have an active queue of reviews and they earnestly seem to be working on it, they might be exempted from the rule? I mean, I know I'll probably look to review some of the champions in Wuffle's index, personally. But, at the same time, my current queue for reviews is backlogged enough that it could be a little bit of time before I can get around to that. However, if you look at my index thread you'll see that I've turned out about 5 or so reviews in the past week alone! :-D

Just my 2 cents.

We have a contest where you can win a voice over from either me or Poet for one champion. There is a theme.
