Ide say a name change. Is there a disclaimer somewhere when you download/log in that says you CANT do that?(serious question, ive never looked) If not ide say banning is a bit over the top.

There is something saying RIOT can Ban you whenever the **** they want for any **** reason they want, or no reason at all. That should suffice.
