IMO Corki's passive needs to do something for AP builds. It's currently worthless for them.

His skills (counting his passive) are fairly evenly balanced with AP and AD so I'd say both are viable. It's just that he's so slow and you have to get kinda close for AD, in my admittedly limited experience.

I still rather get an ap corki dude. Just had an Tank Corki xD

Well if you really want to do good with corki then you need to play him ad and not ap or tank
