I actually have the tipical mage page with ap per lvl and some magic pen.
I want a different rune page, i'm considering to use movement speed runes, to be more faster and always get good position or escape and keep alive. Magic pen runes so i dont need buy the Void staff.
I dont know if this build can works like i want.
Please give me some tips.
A pro lux friend have full ap per lvl with magic pen, but im not so good.
