High ping from a Hong Kong player

I'm very worry about my game when the ping build up around 400-500
it's build up around 9:00-1:00 HKT at night
is there any things can help me , i'm sorry that my english is poor.

I am also having same problem, is it our isp or riots server?

Exactly the same problem I have here. The ping reach to 900 sometimes, cant even play a normal game.

I play from Indonesia and i only get 200-ish so it might just be your isp
