Goshg reaches the Zaunite shore, peering into the polluted depths. Sand and deformed aquatic life rippled for as far as his eyes could see. Paddling down to a half-buried crab, Goshg leaned in close, showing his teeth.

"You! Where has the tadpole gone to?!"

The crab, rotating its eye-stems, swung to look up at Goshg. Chattering its jaw, it snapped its claws in speech.

"Hm? What do you mean he hasn't come this way?"

More snaps.

"Of course he has to have! Where else could-"

Goshg squints, turning back to cavern's waterway entrance. Gritting his teeth, he kicks off from the sand, knocking the crab up into the water.

"TaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAADPOOOOOOOOOOOOOLE!"

Getting the result he wanted, Fizz tosses Goshg's staff to the side and leaps back into the water, tempting to get out before he was spotted.

"Really now? My tricks are known for working twice." Holding the staff behind his back, Fizz smirks at Goshg.

Goshg glares, taking another water-laden step forward.

"Yes, really."

He extends his hand out, his eyes like yellow corridors to the Deep.

"Hand it back."

Fizz tilts his head, looking Goshg in the eyes. "Come and get it, then."

He stalks forward, lip twitching as he tenses to strike.

An easy assault. Jump at him, pin him, get the staff. Easy.

Without warning, Goshg springs.

Fizz for once wasn't expecting the leap. Being pinned under Goshg's girth, he grits his teeth as he struggles against the Atlantean's strength.

Goshg chuckles, seeing the tadpole finally subdued.

"Well, well, well, not so slippery now, are we?"

Freeing one hand from Fizz' shoulder, he twitches his three-digits, grasping for his staff.
