I think Riot being overly sensitive to false offensive name reports is more the issue than them being the Taliban. No one has ever told me they found my name offensive, but they have told me they would report me as such after I did badly in a game on occasion or etc.

True, but it could imply that I have some tie to Riot and that would violate the Terms of Use. I would prefer a name that complies with them, such as "BinLadenIsDead".

That would be offensive to a large religious group and so possibly violate the Terms of Use, unlike the name BinLadenIsDead which is simply a statement of fact and couldn't be construed as intending to insult the Islamic faith.
