You log in with your PBE account, if u didnt make one, u have to wait until the 1,2,3 of the next month, and then the signups will be open again

Guys, quick fix, without risking any third-party website virus downloads: visit http://pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/signup/redownload . By the way, I believe they have stopped redirecting pages, yet signups are still unavailable to the best of my knowledge. You people do know that even if the page is redirecting for you, all you have to do is as soon as the page and the download button renders for you, HIT THE X IN THE LOAD BAR. There is actually a function for stopping a page from further rendering after all! This works for most any basic downloads, but I'm pretty sure signups still don't work because they haven't said they were activated yet. Besides I'm 100% sure Riot doesn't care how you download the PBE Client, since the form of restriction they can deliver via PBE is signups anyway.
