This statement is unrelated to this thread.

Unless you think diverting development resources to babysitting people we can just suspend/ban through existing systems is a good idea for league, in which case I can tell you right now it isn't. Spend that time working on a 4th emote for rammus, and league as a whole will be better off for it.
