Unless im mistaken rockstar games did this exact thing with the new Max Payne. If you got caught modding/cheating in any way, or in general being a dick enough to get noticed, you got put in an entirely different group of players. The difference though, is if the cheaters cheated once put in the cheaters section, they got IP banned. which could be just as funny here.
