Well, My team's Kassadin always gets Clairvoyance, So I wouldn't get in on her. I like Ghost Cleanse.

is there a point?

CV is an amazing spell for a support character and flash/ghost are also similarly amazing because Sona doesn't need any other summoner ability, really.

Clarity is very useful for her. Flash or Ghost is kind of important since she has no escaes. Cleanse is also good.

Revive's good too, right!?

flash/ghost. only way to play her. she has no escape mechanism =/
