I don't like anime and gothic lolita stuff, so I'd have to say no, although I like your insight and creativity! =D

If it were slightly tweaked to NOT be anime-based, I'd love to hear about it.

How do you define "anime based", anyway? It's just an art style which is highly similar to many western artists.
