Rengar buffs. Cool. Hopefully these changes work out to make him a better champion. I would have preferred several damage buffs, as opposed to utility buffs, but any buff is a good buff.

Oh, and look another Ziggs buff! That little guy is getting to be pretty good.

WAIT! am i understanding his correctly? No more IP from tribunal? yes i love making the game more fun for all, but the IP was useful, with college starting i play a lot less games, but still have those 10-15 minutes to do some cases, it kept my IP up.
