Seriously, he wasn't a problem AT ALL in tournaments or in ranked games...
I see Jax carrying games in tournaments better than Vlad.

omg. Bulwark change is so dope. before, if you forgot to bulwark before you idol of durand or it was on CD, you were boned and missed out on that extra damage. now you can let it chill and then pop it right before idol is done. get the dmg off. and then be getting your health back that you lost while you were ulting.

So let me get this straight, special edition runes aren't fixed, but this is a hotfix to make sure the championship works correctly for the players in it.
