I just started playing a year back and my buddy a few months ago.

I want to buy him RP for a IP boost but he doesn't play much, but he enjoys the game and plays enough for me to get him a gift.

I wish I could give him Rune Points code to get him going with some Movement Quints and Armor Seal/MR Per Level

inb4 tell him to not be lazy and save up. I think he is buying champions so it might be hard for him to save up. I just want to get him started.

He is kind of lazy though. lol
