I've received a message today saying that there was a significant "leaving" behavior on my account on League of Legends. That's inaccurate as i haven't had any issues during at least my last 15 to 20 game.

Thing is, the way it should be considered, i live in an area where electricity generators shifts from one station to another once each few hours, during the shift the electricity goes off for 10 seconds, then it's back on.

I can't afford to buy a UBS to resolve this issue, therefor each time this happens while I'm having a game, it disconnect from the internet for 10 seconds, then it takes another 10 second to 30 second to reconnect to the game. It should be considerable thing to ask not to count that as "leaving/leaver" behavior as it's something out of my control, and the hours/times of when the electricity shifts from one station to another - due to overload or technical issues - is something unknown and/or unpredictable as well.

I'd like not to be banned for being absent for 20 second or be considered as a leaver, it doesn't sound quite fair, if you know what i'm saying.
