Only Three refunds per account? I can only imagine that's to stop abuse one way or another, but still... it should be per year or something.

There should be a way to earn them or something cause I know that I would like to get rid of a lot of my champs that I don't need and be able to get some runes and the new champs for me

Is there any way to request a way back RP exchange from characters you guys nerfed pretty hard the following weeks after they were purchased? If possible, I would like to swap the 2x Heimerdinger skins for 1820 and 975(?). (Alien and Blastzone).
