Riot, some of your servers are pinging me very high, some aren't. I can't play.

Indeed, I don't have any lag issues but upon pinging that IP I receive results that mimic yours.

Since this happens to me and I have no lag issues Riot better look into this, now.

I have similar issues, albeit a lot less severe. Usually I ping 85, but sometimes it hits 108. Then as I was playing a game today, it 300 from out of nowhere. After the game, I reset my modem, relogin to LoL, but I still had the same 300 ping. I give up, take a 1-2 hour nap, and low and behold I'm back down to 85. I suspected my router or network as the culprit, so one day when I had 108 ping, I did a direct connection from my modem to my PC... no dice. Same ping. When my ping was bad, I also tried pinging with a speed test site and my speeds came up normal. It has to be an issue on LoL's end.

I'm U.S. East Coast, Indiana. Comcast. My tracert:

Riot,

It is extremely difficult for me to type not in all caps right now as I am at this point thoroughly outraged with whatever you did to your servers and your INCREDIBLY PATHETIC lack of response in an issue that there are 18 PAGES of people having issues with ping.

My issues just started today after your most recent hotfix (I have not played in a few days and I had to get the most recent one). My download speeds are actually better than usual after running some speed tests and I went ahead and reset everything I could. I work for Comcast and I know the issue is not on my end. I don't need to include troubleshooting information because of the amount of people who are having issues with this it's obvious something has gone wrong.

Is there any kind of fix on the way or can we get SOME KIND OF RESPONSE at this point PLEASE.

I also want you to know that your game used to be my favorite game until today when I have now seen how you treat people who are having issues with your game that you caused. This is the worst customer service I've seen in a long time and you should be ashamed.

As someone who used to tell my friends about this game and try to get them into it, I am truly ashamed to even be a fan of your company right now.

used to have steady 87-90ms Ping

past few days now im getting steady 187-191ms, with occasion spikes up to ~250-300ms

I just sent a ticket in on the support section linking them to this thread. I will post any response that receive from them. Expect something along the lines of "Oh, it's not our fault. Our servers work beautifully! You must have terrible internet!"

There is no lag remember? There is nothing wrong with Riot's servers whatsoever. They are ALWAYS without fault. This is clearly noted by the 18 pages of people complaining YET not a single Riot representative has commented in the least.

TL;DR: Riot is above Customer Support. Did they get your money? They got what they wanted. Go elsewhere for customer support, it doesn't exist here.
