All of the characters in the picture that have Oktoberfest clothes on need that skin in game. Sona, Jax, Teemo, Sona, Olaf, Sona, and even though Eve was in her Tango skin, she would need an Oktoberfest skin too...her skins are not that great. Oh and did I mention that Sona needed an Oktoberfest skin? XD
