Yup, thought that myself. Was thinking 25-30 seconds for an ult charge

yeah with that kind of timing i dont think it would need any numbers change damage wise

Suddenly Xeraths ulti would kick arse.

Bump.

25 seconds per charge would be perfect. If you are forced to blow all 3 charges on a target to kill it, you are faced with +15 seconds on your current CD to have your full damage, but it as most past Xerath players will say over all it will work better because you do not always need them 3/3 hits sometimes 2/3 is good enough and the 3rd going to waste for a full 60second CD.

more like akali's ult charge mechanic less stacks longer time to charge gain a charge on kill (maybe)
