Lulu instinctively tries to pry off Tristana's hand, but realizes that she is too weak to pull of the Gunner's hand. the Sorceress instead uses her hands to take off her hat and fish a mirror from inside it. she puts the mirror right in front of Tristana

From an objective point of view, Tristana would see a bloodthirsty, mentally deranged Yordle woman trying to murder another being. Tristana, from her subjective point of view, would technically see the same thing, but without seeing herself as insane.
