What would be the mandatory?

-He throws daggers Q and has some sort of trap/shroom for R.

-Stealth
-Movement Speed Passive

So this is what I am thinking. A passive like Strut, but more.

His Ultimate is he goes into Stealth and THROWS mines all around him that aren't visible until hit and he isn't visible until he moves.

Also he is a handsome mofo. Thoughts, bros?

EDIT: He gets Tri-Force half price and bonus damage against neutral camp monsters.

He could command Jungle monsters to follow him in a pack, then send them at the enemy.

Well I know he always says Teemo is the best champion in the game, so yeah it would be cool if he was a kawaii chibi yordle! ^_^

But really though, if he has Teemo on his team, if he gets an assist to get a kill for Teemo, it should give him a permanent Movement speed buff the rest of the match.
