What are your thoughts on this?
On one hand, the person DID surrender, and when you surrender it's customary to NOT try to kill the people you're surrendering to. It's also unfair to the person trying to surrender to have to play a match he clearly doesn't want to be in anymore.

on the other hand, by waiting in spawn, he's quitting on his team, therefore forcing them to fight a 2v3 that's already stacked against them.

what are your thoughts on this?
I'm sure you've been in matches where you KNOW you can't win and your partners won't surrender, and i'm sure you've been paired up with quitters

If the surrender VOTE fails, then you keep playing. No excuses. You joined a team for that match, play like it.

What do you all think about the current surrender system? as it is now, the ONLY way to surrender is if all 3 players agree. that means that if two agree and the 3rd is afk, that's still not enough for a surrender..

do you think it should stay as is or be changed?

i kinda wish they made a system to stop this, maybe the surrender system should be influenced by other things like how much they have pushed or team status (gold, k/d, etc)? if riot is able to somehow do it, i think they should.
