I consistently win with ap soraka, and I pretty much always get 1 point of q and then max e. Her infuse is better harass, still benefits from the mr shred from her level 1 q, and costs no mana to bully out your lane. Maxing q first is awful. And second skill to max is completely situational. I wouldn't be irritated if this wasn't all said as if it were the only way to play her mid. The support section and gameplay bits were nice though, and I like the new look.
