But seriously I'm not sure how I feel about Riot "Balancing" champs before they actually hit the servers, I mean look how Syndra and to a much lesser extent Rengar started out. I know Riot's doing it in the best interest of everyone and the champion usually gets a slight buff but shouldn't they have a moderate understanding of the new champs strengths as they test him out but on the other hand rather have champs come out UP than OP because God knows no one wants to relive the Vayne patch.
