Kit seems somewhat similar to Rengar.

I am deffinetly gonna pick this champ, i really like that all his abilities flow nicely with each other and he really isn't all that "OP" his abilities all have a catch to them so under certain circumstances yes they can pack a huge punch but if not there just as good as any other champion

Wow, I love that alternate skin; I guess might fit the theme of Cho's Battlecast skin.

EDIT: And the patch preview said he was undergoing further testing, so I don't think we'll be seeing him until next week (I hope).
