Right now ranked is a disaster; trolls and other issues where players are unhappy filling roles they dont enjoy. When i que for ranked there should be role select so there is already a reduced risk of arguing.
Not enough people will que as support? Add bonus ip rewards for queing as support, theres no excuse for not having this in RANKED QUES

What you're saying is that Riot should officially support the meta. Riot will do no such thing, ever. They will not make playing support give more IP as a rule than playing any other rule.
The meta and what lanes champions can play is not set in stone; support gangplank can be better than a bad supporting Taric. Heck, duo top shouldn't be banned. Neither should 5 mid.
