Apparently Mecha Kha'Zix isn't a legendary skin, it isn't filtered as such in the store, yet it isn't a regular skin either. Therefore, will it ever go on sale or is the bundle the only way of getting a discount in its acquisition?

True. But it is coming with the same stuff as the legendary priced BP Cho'Gath.

New animations, voice, jokes, taunts, as well as attack/skill animations.

Basically a rework of his normal skills. Still worth it, especially with the 1452 sale atm!
