Another remake of what was once a champ called Relippa.

Relippa, the Yeti Warlock

Lore: Not all Yetis live a simplistic life amongst the frozen Freljord. Some brings fire to crush all in their path. One such yeti is Relippa, who all her life was fascinated with magic. Despite being a long journey for even a young yeti child, she trudged alone for thousands of miles to be rejected at the doors to every magical establishment, mostly on her race alone. This, much to the dismay of all yetis, darkened her spirits.

Relippa tried again at the same schools, donning a disguise until her unyielding persistence caught the eye of a short, wandering dark mage. Relippa, desperate for magic, accepted the yordle’s offer for dark powers. Relippa’s mind began to change and her thoughts turned from obsession with magic to an obsession with chaos and how to stop other Chaos and replace it with her own. Still loyal to her icy homeland, she seeks the dark and fiery powers of other lands to quench her thirst for chaos. The League also thinks she’s worth spreading her chaos as well.

Role: Fighter, Mage, Melee, Jungler
Playstyle: Relippa is a beefy mage who is all about using skillshots to create chaos and burn enemies and can do this effectively in the jungle with heavy DoTs. She can also sustain herself in lane with decent effectiveness.


[P] Dark Ritual – 30% of Relippa’s health is converted into mana.


[Q] Drain Beacon – Relippa launches a skillshot beacon that strikes the first enemy it hits. When struck, it will make a beam that will begin doing 60/95/130/175/220 (.4 AP) magic damage per second and draining 50/55/60/65/70% of the health to restore Relippa for 4 seconds or until the enemy breaks it by getting 650 units away from the beacon: the beacon can also be CCd, but CCing Relippa will not interrupt the beacon.

Has a 13/12/11/10/9 second CD and costs 75/90/105/120/135 mana. The beacon travels at a decent speed and can go 675 distance until it disappears.


[W] Trailblazer – Relippa launches a forward skillshot that functions similarly to Nocturne’s Duskbringer. This however is a trail of fire and it catches onto enemies that step on it or are hit by the initial shot which does 80/110/140/170/200 (.5 AP) magic damage. Enemies who touch the fire will start trailing it and start taking 16/24/32/40/48 (.2375 AP) magic damage per second until the fires die down 5 seconds after the spell was cast.

Costs 90/100/110/120/130 mana and has a 12 second CD. If Relippa steps into the fire she gains 20/35/50/65/80 AP while in it. Travel distance, width and speed are the same as Duskbringer.


[E] Burning Embrace – Relippa sets herself on fire and begins to run around. While on fire, she does 35/50/65/80/95 (.6 AP) magic damage to enemies she hits per second, doing 10% less for subsequent hits to those in 250 range, she also taunts them the first time she runs into them for 1 second.

Relippa is taking 10/13/16/19/22 damage per second over this 7 second duration but is restoring 13/17/21/25/29 mana and gaining 50/60/70/80/90 MS for the duration. Has a 20 second CD and costs no mana but starting it costs an initial 20/25/30/35/40 HP, which is double restored when the effect ends.


[R] Shadow Scream – Relippa unleashes a terrifying Yeti scream that moves out from her in a circle and will manage to reach the entire map the entire map. All enemies will see the large circle growing on their minimap as a clear indicator that it has begun. This damages all minions and jungle creeps as well as chmpions and causing them to take 200/330/460 (.65 AP) physical damage and become feared for 1 second but for every 300 distance away from the first 2500 will take 4/3/2% less damage, but this caps at 40/36/32% damage reduction.


It has a 160/150/140 CD. This skill has a .5 second channel time and creates a loud noise when it gets pulled off. Enemies with global teleports can time it so they can avoid the effect, but it will likely cost them an ultimate.


The soundwave travels at a speed of 200, which increases every 1.5 seconds by 25%. Costs 150/200/250 Mana.



Recommended Items will likely include essentials as health boosting mage items, especially RoA, Rylai’s and as a DoT master, Liandry’s. If you can amass a lot of mana, then AA Staff is also going to be very powerful. There’s also Warmogs and Randuin’s in her defensive lineup.

Note: Q's damage might seem high, but it actually can never exceed the damage output of a full Fiddle channel. Not to mention, his drain isn't a skillshot

This will be a changelog


5/18: Burning Embrace no longer has a channel time. Instead, it does initial damage to Relippa plus the DoT. This initial damage is 2x restored when Burning Embrace ends.

Shadow Scream's AP ratio is reduced by 1

My two biggest concerns with this are;

Burning Embrace: A 1.6 second channel on a non-ult is a little excessive. This will be very difficult, and very dangerous to cast in-lane, or in a team fight.

Shadow Scream: At max rank, this does 90 less base damage, and has a .15 higher Ap ratio. This means, late game, it can easily deal just as much damage, even though this also damages minions, which Karthus's ult doesn't do.

But Karthus will likely have penetration favorable for his skill while a mage Relippa will not have ArPen. This is physical damage, and it moves a lot slower, meaning if used to clean up something across the map, you may very well miss. I guess I could lower the AP ratio though
