My friend has had the installer/program since July, but is still unable to find a way to play the game. He has reinstalled several times to no avail and I will show you a picture of what it looks like to him whenever he starts LoL. All of the circles continually go round and round forever. forever. forever. He does use it as admin and is using compatibility mode. I even opened several ports suggested on the forums, also to no avail. Any ideas how i could help my friend start playing?

He tried the first thing, but it didn't work. I may have to try it myself if he's doing it wrong....but the second one may work. I am pretty sure i lowered all of his security on Mozilla, but therein lies the problem. I will try to make IE his primary browser and see how that works with lower security.

The launcher is really an IE webpage, so only IE settings will effect the launcher.

I will see if i can fix this on his comp when i get back home. Thanks for the info and I'll repost if it doesn't help.
