Name another AD carry with two wave clearing/farming spells that scale off AD.
Graves has buckshot, Smokescreen. The latter scales off AP, not AD.
Cait has Piltover, one shot.
Ezreal doesn't have ANY of them but does have his ult (not generally used to clear waves in laning phase, but can be); farming requires skilled last hitting.
Corki's is AP scaling (ult minor AD scaling).
Trist's is AP scaling and is wonky in that it depends on your auto attacks.
Varus has two AOE spells, but neither is generally used to clear waves. Q used to poke and E used to peel/disengage/assist jungle ganks.
Continuing, Ashe has 1, Kog has none, MF has none (E and ult not generally used on creep), Twitch has none (if you are using W on creep, you are doing it wrong).
The single correct answer is Sivir, a champion who (by higher elo players) is often considered the fourth best AD after the terrifying trinity Graves, Corki, Ez. The difference is that she does not also have CC to go with it, nor the massive utility that TF's ult gives you. She is a wave clearing, tower pushing champ who suffers in lane but becomes godly late for her AoE damage.
What you are asking for with TF is the best of both worlds. He is already (as an AD carry, something I honestly think you should never be doing) a ridiculous pushing champion who has his own CC and damage steroid (though admittedly a weak steroid). To add onto his pushing capabilities by providing an AD scaling push ability would make his laning phase far too strong. Ezreal's max W first to improve laning. It then hurts them mid-game when Mystic Shot hits for sub-par damage. Similarly, AD TFs have the choice of maxing any of the abilities first (you should be picking E btw) and getting the resulting cost-benefit in mid-game. To ask for a champion with a map presence ult to then have incredible pushing power to add to his auto attack DPS as a ranged carry is to ask for your cake and to eat it to.
