For AP carry
Is it best AP or Magic Penetration Marks?

And about Quints, is it better flat AP or Movement Speed?

RED magic pen
Yellow Defensive
Blue AP
Quints AP
thats how i use my caster page, i dont use MS quints because i prefer tank or bruiser to go first and then burst.
