Why does this always happen to me ? It seems like every game I get 2-3 people who are just outright horrible and lose the game for my team.

you will notice me at the top carrying, while my under-farmed and really bad teamated did nothing but feed and get caught alone all game.

I'm not even 30 and this totally makes sense how Elo Hell exist - it is NOT POSSIBLE TO WIN when your teammates play this poorly. How can Riot even justify a rating system based on individuals when this kind of thing happens OVER and OVER.

I dont understand how people can win games and improve their ELO when this kind of thing happens repeatedly. I see it in every game - one team of the other has people who are horrible and make it impossible to win.
