I think it would be better for most parts of the world talking here from Australia that it was a given 2 the summoner to use when he/she pleases as Sunday night is monday here and that also people have work and school during the day so it would not be as beneficial to many ----- especially when people were using their weekend time to watch the playoffs that didnt get to be played off at the first designated time... jsut my thought

Thanks riot. Definitely not needed for a hiccup, but people always find something to complain about even free stuff.
