Mine was roughly 10 with Shredder Teemo in normal 5v5 matches from Season 2.

Malady,Black Cleaver,Bloodrazor,Frozen Mallet,Wits end and Merc Threads was my core build in every single match with Teemo and I did very well with him.I miss the Bloodrazor and old Cleaver now.

Its harder to do well with Teemo for me now. I preferred on-hit since it killed anyone 1v1. I do try a similar build with Teemo now using Malady,Cleaver,Blade of the Ruined King,Frozen Mallet and Wits end,but the DPS isn't there anymore.

11 game ranked streak with Kennen mid, duo qued mid and jungle, carried 11 in a row =]

6 or so with Nidalee support

many 6-7-8 game streaks in ranked, 9 is my best. Unfortunately, they are almost always followed by 5-6-7 game losing streaks.....

Currently on a 5 game streak with Galio (x2), taric, mumu & garen.
