So I wanna know how to talk to the other team in normal games.
I see some commentators do it and I was wondering how they do it
When I press control + shift it says enable cross team chat and when I do that it still doesnt work.

Go to options, there should be a check box for enabling All Chat, by default I think its off so you wont see or be able to send msgs to enemy team unless you check or uncheck that box.
