Not acceptable. The player is receiving a warning and he did NOTHING wrong. Bad performance is not punishable by the Tribunal. Both of the games he is getting punished for are ARAMS.

I am upset that I lost my 40 streak and my Justice rating will suffer but at the end of the day, just read this:

Level 2 player joins a custom gamed labeled 30+? Wow, good thing you can ban anyone easily before a custom game starts.

Then a level 2 does poorly in two ARAMs, doesn't say a word and gets a warning because of it?

Won't stand for it. He still has ghost/exhaust and ghost/surge for crying out loud. He is a new player!

He doesn't deserve to be punished.

This needs to get fixed.

edit: Before some, "player behavior specialist" tries to say that there is some underlying evidence that means he should get punished, no. Just no. You can't go off what reports say, you can only go off of what you can prove. This player is being punished for conjecture. All the information the Tribunal had means this guy is innocent.

Who cares if it's just a warning? It could have been a timeban. It could have been a permaban. A new player comes to your game, clicks around until he ends up in a game and gets a warning for losing..? The idiots in the ARAMS should point out that a level 2 has joined before they start the game.

I gain NOTHING for getting this player's action reversed. I am standing for this on principle. We are all players at the mercy of the Tribunal: we should fix it when we are able. Thanks.

it does not matter what is right or wrong, if the tribunal punishes it then they are punished. Thats how lyte wanted it, #1 system

Well no one starts being a pro. And this is ARAM, not ranked...

I just imagine some poor level 2 accidentally ending up in an ARAM, using recommended items and the default summoner spells and then getting a Warning. Imagine how you would feel after playing a game for the first time and then getting a warning because you didn't win.

This is seriously atrocious.

Please +1 this and post saying that you support it. This is really ridiculous that some poor level 2 could get punished for dying a bunch in an ARAM. Seriously, grow the hell up. It's their fault for letting a level 2 join and starting the game without noticing him.

please adhere to the rules. Being bad at this game can get you Tribunal action.
