So Frost did blatantly cheat. They get fined and keep the win while Curse/Dignitas got DQed for assumptions.

Both teams were instructed to look forward at all times.

Looking away and gaining no benefit from it is a minor violation of the rule. (see TSM's and WE's warnings)
Looking away and obtaining crucial information that changes the gameplay is a major violation of the rule. (see AzF's fine)

Simple key is the difference between a Minor violation and a Major violation.

Regi lost his lane? Regi may have "lost" his lane, but Karthas isn't a beast because of his laning power... his global power is what makes him a beast, and he made a ton of great plays that game.

I would like to see a Replay just to be entertained. Ultimately 30k fine is a lot, and hopefully AF will be closely watched in the future. As will all teams.
