To be honest, I do enjoy my own champions more often then not. There's a good amount of attachment I have to them just due to them being mine. Though then again, I create champions that I want to play =-P, so that's sort of cheating.
As for L's, I'm sure you'll see them coming up. Q...less so...
I actually don't like Gangplank at all =-/. He has 5 abilities which I don't find to be very synergistic (though each of them is powerful in their own right). I have heard some want to make some larger changes, though we don't know which ones yet.

Let me focus on the bold part in the quote. The numbers I've been tossing around the forums for a couple weeks now are 1/2/3/4/5% base damage on Bio-Arcane with a .02 AP ratio up from .01
At present Bio-Arcane scales over four times as well with IAS compared to AP. The above change would reduce that to right around two times better. This would place IAS/AD Koggy as a DPS generalist, Hybrid Koggy as a tank-killer specialist, and AP Koggy as a smushy sniper.
Presently the biggest failing of AP Kog is that his W damage is totally out-classed by the other builds. Getting a better AP ratio would still place his W dps lower than where IAS/AD Kog sits right now, but still high enough to melt tanks if that's the only target available.
Basically, I would love to see all three of Koggy's builds viable choices based on the team he's facing. I like to play Koggy. And I like to play him in lots of different ways. It's part of the charm of the little bugger.

That sounds like a neat way to buff him if he ever starts losing steam. I'll keep it in mind.

Well, I'm not playing much at the moment, though I've tried Civ V and Halo: Reach. As for shows, I generally prefer long archs (Battlestar / Stargate: Universe / Breaking Bad) or politically incorrect comedies like It's Always Sunny in Philidelphia.
